Send tips, corrections, traveler reviews, and partnership inquiries to editors@miamiairguide.example. We try to reply to substantive emails within five business days, though high-volume periods (holidays, hurricane disruptions) may slow things down.
Corrections and updates
If you find a factual error — a gate that's moved, a shuttle that's stopped running, a restaurant that's closed — please email us with the page URL, the specific item, and your source if possible (a photo, an official notice, or a date). Corrections are processed weekly and the page footer notes the last update date.
Reader reviews
We publish reader reviews on our Reviews page. To submit one, include the date of your trip, the terminal(s) you used, your overall star rating from 1 to 5, a short title, and a paragraph describing what worked or didn't. Use first name and last initial only — we don't publish full names.

For lost items left in TSA screening areas, contact the TSA Lost & Found office directly. For items left on aircraft, contact your airline's lost and found via their app or website. For items left in rideshare vehicles, contact the driver through your trip history in the rideshare app.
